The decision to change suppliers is in line with Reader’s Digest’s strategy to increase its focus on personalizing its services for customers. “We are continually looking for ways to improve and streamline our systems and we are delighted with this new appointment of Emerald Headway as it will create a more seamless and personal experience for our customers, “says Walter Beyleveldt Managing Director Reader’s Digest APAC.
In the mean time, all previously paid subscriptions should notice no change to their delivery of services. Upon subscription renewal, customers can also now look forward to payments conveniently collected at the door.
